Our Story

Thirty-five autumns of devotion

What began in 1991 as a small gathering of Bengali families in a young Gurugram township has grown into one of Gurugram's most beloved Sarbojanin pujas. Every autumn our community centre transforms — dhaak, dhunuchi, alpona, and the warm smell of khichuri fill the air.

MVSD is entirely run by volunteers from Maruti Vihar and the neighbourhoods around it. We welcome every devotee — Bengali or not — to sit, eat, sing, and celebrate.
